a Navy veteran, former Chairman of Dallas Anesthesia Associates, and former Chair of the Department of Anesthesia at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas, Texas, died Nov. 19, 2021.

a retired Air Force Medical Officer and Director of Laboratories and Chief of Pathology at Arlington Memorial Hospital in Arlington, Texas, died Jan. 29, 2022.
